You will have the day you get your order and the following day to notify us of your return so that we can issue you a return authorization number. If you call us and you can’t reach a live person at that time, you must send us an E-mail to ensure we reply to you. Sending an E-mail notification about your desire to return your item(s) is required for documentation purposes. Failure to talk to someone, or E-mail us by the day after you got your order will result in your merchandise being nonreturnable. Returns must be postmarked for the day after you get your order. Your return authorization number must be on your shipping label. Returns sent with no return authorization number will not be honored. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus shipping charges. Returned item(s) must be in excellent condition or refund will be voided. No refunds or partial credit will be given on any returned items not meeting these guidelines. There are no refunds on any CD-ROM items.

Note that customers must check the “I agree to these terms” check box upon checkout certifying that all terms of sales are agreed upon before being allowed to complete purchase.
